-Is this art not art because it has a table in front of it?
-Or is this image a re-presentation of my own thought on art when observing the scene before my camera?

I feel I cannot sufficiently answer the first two questions, simply because all I can see is the image of the table, and not the table itself. For the last quetsion, I can only presume that it is a represenation, based off the context you provided it with the text above. If there were no text it could certainly be possible, but it would not be immediately determined just from viewing the image.
